Returns Policy

We hope that when you purchase a Be the Decoy product you are satisfied with the results, if once you get the product and it doesn’t fit or wasn’t what you expected, see if one of your hunting buddies could use it, or sell it on Ebay.

Here’s the bottom line, you have 10 Days from the shipment date to return a purchase for a full refund. Email us at and be sure to include your order number and the product you’re looking to return. We’ll reply back with an RMA number for you to write on the package.

You can exchange your purchase on apparel for a different size if we have it. If we don’t have the size you need we will provide you credit or a full refund.

After 10 days a yard sale or garage sale may be the best option, or you could give it to your Uncle Jim as a gift.

Broken / Defective Product

We try to work with the best manufacturers in the business. If within the first 5 days after receiving your merchandise there is a defective product go ahead and contact us to request a return authorization number.

Please contact us at and we’ll respond to you within 24 hours.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Return the product using the shipping address you are provided by customer service. We’ll take a look at the item to determine if it’s defective. You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned product.

Damaged Items

If you hit the purchase button to soon and decide that the purchase was too hasty notify us immediately at in order to cancel an order. Remember, we get your purchase packaged up and out the door as fast as possible.

If your order shipped before you contacted us, you’ll need to follow the Return Policy. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


We do our best not to let this happen but there may be times when we are out of a certain product and new ones are in production. We’ll ship the new product to you as soon as we get them.
